Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create IP terms and deal structures to meet all parties' needs.
• Prepare executive summaries and risk assessments of agreements.
• Interpret legal language and convey implications to stakeholders.
• Provide redlines or wording for legal documents and drive urgency in deals.
• Manage IP protection across NDA, JDA, government contracts, sponsorships, and licenses.
• Train internal teams on IP protection and risk mitigation.
