Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create deal structures and IP terms to meet all parties' needs.
• Prepare executive summaries and risk assessments for signatories.
• Interpret legal language and convey it clearly to parties.
• Provide wording or redlines for legal documents and drive timely deals.
• Lead or participate in NDA, Joint Development, and License agreements.
• Train internal teams on IP protection and risk mitigation.
