Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Payments Program Manager within Cat Digital to establish and govern Caterpillar's enterprise payments strategy. You will coordinate across business units, product teams, treasury, tax, legal, and ERP stakeholders to align initiatives with enterprise priorities.

This role requires 5–8 years in program or project management, strong stakeholder management, and experience with digital projects, agile/Hybrid delivery, and driving scalable delivery patterns.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Experience operating within enterprise delivery models with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise payments program execution across initiatives, platforms, and business units.
• Enable consistent adoption of enterprise payment standards across business units by ensuring delivery teams align to common approaches and priorities.
• Coordinate across product teams, engineering teams, treasury, tax, legal, and ERP stakeholders.
• Orchestrate coordination across business unit program/project managers to align priorities and governance decisions.
• Ensure alignment between enterprise governance decisions and BU-level execution, identifying conflicts early.
• Track and manage program milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts.
• Manage enterprise payments intake pipeline and prioritization tracking for visibility across initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting and status updates on payments initiatives.
• Translate enterprise strategy into scalable delivery patterns across teams.
• Drive strong execution discipline with flexibility across diverse requirements.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline execution and reduce duplication.
• Establish a single source of truth for initiative status, priorities, and dependencies.
