Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Regional Trade Compliance Manager for the United States, with primary locations in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL.

You will engage with partners across the enterprise to ensure adherence to laws and regulations in US trade and risk management, reporting to the Assistant Trade Advisor for the Americas. In this role you will develop and execute risk assessments, collaborate with compliance, legal, and business teams, and lead the creation and maintenance of trade compliance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in trade compliance or related field.
• Ability to assess risks and develop compliant solutions.
• Excellent collaboration with legal, compliance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk assessments for customs trade compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Division, Compliance and Legal for global trade risk management.
• Develop, implement and maintain customs trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct training on government laws, rules and regulations.
