You will triage incoming correspondence, update matter files, generate reports, and collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure data accuracy and timely action.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of intellectual property docketing experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Proficiency with the CPi docketing system and a strong understanding of IP docketing processes.
• Experience with patent and/or trademark docketing, with trademark docketing experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and triaging high-volume correspondence from clients, foreign counsel, and IP offices and routing appropriately.
• Docket new actions, update existing matters, and maintain accurate docket records.
• Monitor critical deadlines, review docket reports, process docket clearance and de-docketing requests.
• Support file transfers, matter maintenance activities, and collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to resolve data discrepancies.
