Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Plan and organize tasks to achieve objectives and follow policies.
• Process domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Review and file prosecution documents with USPTO and coordinate with foreign agents to meet deadlines.
• Manage, create and maintain customer documents, including scanning, filing, and transfers.
• Prepare documents for signature and coordinate with customers for patent offices requirements.
• Maintain customer docket, run reports, and communicate deadlines and status.
