Job summary

Hologram is hiring for a Solutions Engineer II to own the post-sale technical relationship with customers, guiding onboarding and ongoing production support. You will diagnose connectivity issues, build automation, and expand internal tooling while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex technical details into actionable guidance for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, including onboarding through production
• Proven ability to build automations or integrations against real workflows
• Experience applying AI tooling to support, onboarding, or operations
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding end to end, from SIM provisioning and device configuration to production deployment
• Diagnose and resolve SIM, device, and network-level connectivity issues across the deployment lifecycle
• Lead automation efforts to remove manual tasks and improve efficiency
• Automate onboarding processes from SIM order to connectivity setup for new customers
• Automate account-health monitoring and alerts for Account Management
• Maintain and expand internal tooling, including AI-driven support tooling
• Advocate for customers by surfacing product gaps to engineering
• Write runbooks and hand off tasks to teammates for completion
• Extend automation across post-sale processes like billing and renewals
