You’ll work on IoT-enabled equipment, coordinate with engineering and customer success, and help ensure high-performing, reliable products for farmers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Must have electronics/IT/electrical qualification or hands-on equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair eShepherd products to component level.
• Refurbish and test returned equipment ready for redeployment.
• Investigate warranty returns and identify root causes.
• Support customer and partner technical enquiries.
• Validate firmware updates and product releases.
• Capture service insights and provide feedback to engineering teams.
• Assist in developing service procedures and troubleshooting resources.
• Help drive continuous improvement across service operations and customer support activities.
