Wiliot in Dallas seeks Field Technicians to deploy and support IoT sensing solutions in real-world environments. This hands-on, customer-facing role connects technology with customers throughout installation, configuration, and optimization.

Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure successful deployments, perform startups, troubleshoot issues, and deliver ongoing service in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical certification in electronics or related field.
0-3 years in field service or installation roles in IoT or hardware environments.
Understanding of BLE/RFID/RF technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end deployment of Wiliot solutions.
Perform onsite startup and commissioning activities.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues (IoT devices, sensors, gateways, BLE/RF).
Conduct routine maintenance and system upgrades.
Monitor deployed systems and analyze performance data.
Provide exceptional on-site customer support as a technical resource.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
Assist in site surveys and deployment planning.
Document installation procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Ensure safety standards and company protocols are followed.
Travel to customer sites as needed.
