Job summary

Wiliot is seeking a Field Technician to join our Dallas and Bentonville teams. This hands-on, customer-facing role deploys and supports our IoT solutions in real-world environments, delivering reliable installations and ongoing performance improvements.

The role requires an associate degree or technical certification, 0–3 years in field service, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel locally to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Technical Certification or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics, networking, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in field service, technical support, or installation roles (IoT, telecom, hardware environments preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Wiliot IoT solutions at customer sites.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers from concept to deployment.
• Provide hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for IoT deployments.
