Job summary

Soracom seeks a Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE) to drive customer satisfaction in IoT deployments. You will investigate issues, craft accurate responses, and guide customers to resolution, leveraging AI and collaborating with internal experts.

Join a globally distributed team and help strengthen knowledge bases, support systems, and self-service capabilities while maintaining strong English communication with customers. Remote work across the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years providing technical support in a professional setting.
• Outstanding English written and verbal communication.
• Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNS, HTTP).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or cellular tech.
• Experience using Linux-based OS and CLI environments.
• Experience applying AI in a professional context and evaluating outputs.
• Ability to work remotely in a multicultural environment using online tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Soracom platform users in IoT projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and AI to resolve issues and ensure high-quality responses.
• Publish and maintain technical docs, knowledge bases, and blogs to educate customers.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
