Job summary

Vista Global Solutions, LLC (VGS) seeks a Video Teleconferencing Support Specialist to support JBSA operations, configuration of iPhones, and enterprise device management across the DHA VNC environment.

You will deploy devices, administer MDM profiles, troubleshoot end-user issues, and maintain clear inventories while collaborating with a team of VTC specialists on secure conferencing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support focused on mobile devices (iOS/iPadOS).
• Familiarity with enterprise MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar device management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of iOS settings, provisioning profiles, security certificates, and cloud syncing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to assist non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Device Configuration: set up and configure iPhones, update iOS versions, and install enterprise apps.
• MDM Administration: enroll and manage devices using Jamf, Intune, or similar platforms.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Security & Compliance: enforce security policies, manage configuration profiles, wipe/lock lost devices.
• Inventory Management: track device lifecycles and manage procurement/decommissioning.
• Documentation: write guides, FAQs, and configuration docs for IT staff and users.
• Support of user meetings: assist with All Hands, Town Halls, and other events.
• Audio/Video Setup: assist with VTC setups and connections to DHA VNC bridges.
