Job summary

Vista Global Solutions, LLC seeks a detail-oriented IT professional to manage, configure, and support a fleet of iPhones and iOS devices at Joint Base San Antonio. You will handle large-scale deployments, configure security profiles, and maintain inventory using an MDM platform, while supporting in-house VTC specialists.

The role involves hands-on device management, user support, and compliance with DISA STIGs; strong communication skills and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience focused on mobile devices (iOS/iPadOS).
• Familiarity with enterprise MDM solutions such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of iOS settings, provisioning profiles, security certificates, and cloud syncing.

Responsibilities

• Device Configuration: Set up and configure new iPhones and iPads, update iOS versions and push standard enterprise apps or security settings.
• MDM Administration: Enroll, monitor, and manage devices remotely using Jamf, Intune, or Hexnode.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and email configuration issues for end-users.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce security policies, manage configuration profiles, wipe or lock lost/stolen devices.
• Inventory Management: Track device lifecycles and manage procurement and decommissioning of devices.
• Documentation: Create and update technical guides, FAQs, and configuration documentation for IT staff and end-users.
• Support of user meetings: Support All Hands, Town Halls, and other special functions.
• Audio/Video Setup: Perform audio/video setup procedures for DHA VNC connection.
• Assist DHA VNC in VTC infrastructure at JBSA locations including bridges and hardware.
• IA security: Load and configure DISA STIGs and IAVA patches.
• Load DHA VNC approved IPV conferencing software onto IPV network or End User Devices.
• Device Mounting: Assist Facilities with mounting VTC devices in conference rooms.
• Track Work Load: Assist with incident, problem, CM and ITSM tasks in ServiceNow.
