Job summary

Vista Global Solutions, LLC (VGS) seeks a Video Teleconferencing Support Specialist to join our Joint Base San Antonio mission. The role covers VTC/SVTC installation, testing, and on-site support for DHA VNC operations, ensuring secure and reliable conferencing across government facilities.

You will handle equipment troubleshooting, end user training, asset management, and documentation updates while coordinating with DHA and enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• IAT II, Sec+ and Computing Environment certifications required.
• National Agency Check (NAC) background suitability process.

Responsibilities

• Provide VTC/SVTC support for All Hands, Town Halls, and other events.
• Troubleshoot video/audio conferencing equipment and assist end users.
• Perform pre- calls testing and conference room setup.
• Coordinate with DHA VNC bridge and load DHA approved software.
• Assist with VTC endpoint upgrades (HW/SW) as needed.
• Assist with or perform asset management and documentation updates.
• Support mobile devices and provisioning aligned with DHA Enterprise policies.
• Support incident, problem, and CM ITSM tasks using ServiceNow.
