Intuitive Surgical in the United States seeks an experienced U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to drive early adoption of the Ion platform for lung biopsy. You will support new users, build training programs, and develop KOLs to demonstrate clinical, economic, and strategic value.

The role requires collaboration with hospital staff, data capture for benchmarking, and coordination with sales teams. Travel up to 60% and proximity to a major airline hub are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales/leadership/clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and be near a major airline hub.
• Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy space knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and progress through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services and labs, attend first case series, help build teams and programs.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with ESRs and senior hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture data to create QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci local sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage SFDC and administrative tasks.
