Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to drive early adoption of the Ion platform in lung biopsy and minimally invasive care.

You will support new users, assist training, and help build KOLs while working with hospital teams to ensure ongoing system utilization. The role requires 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and travel readiness (up to 60%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity and adapt to change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Knowledge of Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and progress along learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, labs, first case series and team development.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with ESRs and hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture user and procedural data to construct benchmarking metrics (QTI).
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams to align with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, SFDC entries, and expense reporting.
