Job summary

Expert Institute is seeking an entry-level Analyst to support invoice workflows within our Milwaukee office. You will review invoices, enter data into Salesforce, generate client-facing invoices, and communicate with experts and attorneys to ensure timely payments.

Responsibilities include following up on submissions, maintaining professional communication, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, hybrid 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST work environment.

Qualifications

• Corporate internship or relevant experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with professionals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review invoices from Experts for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter invoice data into Salesforce and generate client-facing invoices.
• Send invoices to attorney clients and follow up to ensure timely payment.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with experts and attorneys via email and phone.
• Manage follow-ups and clarifications related to invoice submissions and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
