This role collaborates with managers across departments to ensure accurate billing and efficient data flow.

The position focuses on invoicing, accounts payable support, FleetSTATS maintenance, PO coordination, and handling InfoLink inquiries with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years related experience.
• Non-degree considered with 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
• Associate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and review invoices and perform customer uploads.
• Collaborate with Credit and Collections on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain FleetSTATS customer accounts and pricing data.
• Process Purchase Orders and ensure proper PO usage across locations.
• Research InfoLink parts order inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Update InfoLink configurator based on order inquiry feedback.
