Job summary

Productivity Inc. in Plymouth, MN seeks a Complex Billing & Invoicing Specialist to ensure invoicing for complex configurations, services, training, freight, and financing is accurate and complete.

You will pull together information from multiple departments, verify documentation, and post monthly journal entries, while generating reports. Training is in-office with a hybrid option after six months of full training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting and complex invoicing, billing, project accounting, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and billing principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable asking questions and coordinating across departments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoice complex machine sales.
• Review sales documentation to ensure all charges are captured accurately.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
• Compare documentation against ERP/accounting data before invoicing.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and resolve issues.
• Create and post monthly journal entries.
• Run and distribute monthly reports.
