Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist – Invoice Group in North Richland Hills, TX. You will investigate invoice disputes, explain charges and work with Operations and Billing to resolve issues. This role requires strong communication, problem solving and familiarity with Looker and Outlook.

The position emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with cross-functional teams and timely responses to customer inquiries. On-site work and standard business hours apply in this location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer support experience.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook for email, task management and meetings.
• Ability to use multiple systems to gather information and resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Investigate invoice disputes, determine the cause of the charge and confirm whether it is accurate by auditing tariffs and customer contracts.
• Resolve customer concerns through corrections, DRP, appeals or other methods; keep customers updated and escalate when needed.
• Partner with Operations, Corrections, Collections, Billing and other teams to resolve concerns.
• Explain charges, including accessorial charges, and provide documentation to build trust.
• Help customers with XPO website registration, passwords, tools and navigation.
• Identify when customer information needs updating and submit coding requests or escalate to Sales.
• Assist customers with reports using Looker and other tools.
• Find accurate answers to a range of customer questions using XPO resources.
