XPO is seeking a Customer Care Specialist – Invoice Group in North Richland Hills, TX. You will investigate invoice issues, resolve billing concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate charges and timely responses.

The role requires solid customer support experience, strong typing, and proficiency with Looker and billing systems. On-site work in North Richland Hills, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
• Typing at least 35 words per minute.
• Proficient with Outlook and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to use multiple systems to resolve customer concerns.

Responsabilités

• Investigate invoice disputes, audit tariffs and contracts to confirm charges.
• Resolve concerns via corrections, DRP, appeals or other methods.
• Collaborate with Operations, Corrections, Collections, Billing and others.
• Explain charges and provide supporting documentation to build trust.
• Assist customers with XPO website registration, passwords and navigation.
• Submit coding requests or escalate to Sales as needed.
• Assist customers with reports using Looker and other tools.
• Find accurate answers using XPO resources and processes.
