Responsibilities

• Enter invoice information accurately into an internal system.
• Review invoice numbers, amounts, codes, and related details for accuracy.
• Perform frequent numeric and 10-key data entry.
• Compare information between invoices and system records.
• Identify and flag missing or incorrect information.
• Maintain organized and accurate records.
• Complete assigned work within established deadlines.
• Support the invoicing team with general clerical and data-entry tasks.
