Qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative, order processing, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry throughout the workday.
• Enter shipment, product, and work order information into internal systems.
• Review incoming shipment information and accurately record products received.
• Match order numbers with system codes and verify accuracy.
• Enter numerical information using 10-key data entry.
• Review completed entries for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Compare order information against system records to ensure alignment.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming shipments and orders.
• Complete daily processing tasks within established procedures and deadlines.
