Job summary

Environmental Works, Inc. is seeking an Invoice Manager to ensure accurate project setup, billing, and data integrity across offices and teams.

You will review contracts, support invoicing, and maintain project records for profitability while coordinating with project managers, client managers, and Revenue Operations. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years in administrative, billing, invoicing, or revenue operations preferred.
• Experience with Deltek projects and invoicing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process project invoices accurately and timely.
• Support WIP billing, invoice revisions, and billing corrections when needed.
• Enter and review project data for costing and client billing records.
• Communicate billing status and documentation with project and client managers.
• Monitor invoice approvals and support revenue recognition processes.
