Job summary

RA Capital Management seeks a detail-oriented Investor Services Associate in the greater Boston area to support investor transaction processing, reporting, and workflows with the fund administrator. Reporting to the Manager of Investor Services, you will work in a data-driven environment and collaborate across Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in investor services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and coordinating with the fund administrator.
• Coordinate investor documentation and reporting requirements.
• Manage investor due diligence requests and information delivery.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, AML/KYC compliance support.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams for transfer requests.
• Handle FATCA/CRS reporting in coordination with tax authorities.
• Maintain internal capital activity reporting and reconcile data.
• Oversee incoming cash and fund clearance.
• Respond to investor inquiries promptly with cross-functional support.
• Verify reporting against source files before distribution.
• Develop and maintain standard workflows for recurring requests.
• Support development of marketing and due diligence materials.
