Job summary

You will handle investor transactions, due diligence, AML/KYC reviews, cash activity, and investor communications, while collaborating with auditors and treasury throughout the year.

Qualifications

• College degree in accounting, business, mathematics, finance or economics is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel expertise.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical abilities are important.
• Private equity experience or fund administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients to handle information requests and account maintenance.
• Process and report investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
• Review due diligence documents for fund investors and liaise on AML/KYC.
• Coordinate with Treasury on cash activity and investor confirmations.
• Prepare investor capital calls and distributions; support external audits.
• Interact with clients daily via email, phone and live chat; ensure high service quality.
