Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Investor Services Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Investor Services, this individual will play a key role in supporting investor transaction processing, reporting, and coordinating workflows with the fund’s administrator. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a data-driven environment anda brings a strong understanding of best practices in investor servicing and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing team at the intersection of finance and life sciences, with significant exposure to investor relations and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with new client onboarding, coordinating with the fund administrator to ensure a smooth and accurate process.

Coordinate investor documentation and reporting requirements, and maintain current contact information and distribution lists internally and with the fund administrator.

Manage FATCA and CRS-related reporting obligations in coordination with tax authorities.

Maintain internal reporting of all capital activity, including new issue status and PIO percentages, reconciling data with administrator records and resolving discrepancies before sign-off.

Oversee the incoming cash process to ensure timely review and fund clearance.

Monitor the shared Investor Relations inbox and take ownership of incoming requests, acknowledging inquiries the same business day and coordinating complete, timely responses with Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance. Provide coverage for time-sensitive items during critical periods, including outside standard business hours.

Research investor and internal requests using available resources, ensuring all questions and relevant details are addressed and bringing proposed solutions when escalation is needed.

Verify quantitative reporting, including investor counts, subscription totals, and share and NAV calculations, against authoritative source files before distribution.

Develop and maintain process documentation and standard workflows for recurring investor requests.

Support the development and maintenance of marketing and due diligence materials, staying current on fund communications to ensure investor responses and materials reflect the latest information.

Contribute to client service administration projects as they arise.

Qualifications
