Job summary

Partners Capital seeks a detail-oriented Client Reporting Associate to join the North America Client Operations team in Boston. You will support the preparation, validation, and delivery of high-quality investment performance reports and materials to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in investment operations or reporting.
• Undergraduate degree with strong GPA and SAT scores.
• High degree of attention to detail and experience inputting and reviewing large datasets.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced investment environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile daily cash movements within client portfolios with internal teams and service providers.
• Drive completion of cash and position reconciliations across assigned client accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal and external records.
• Assist with collection and input of fund manager performance data into proprietary systems.
• Produce monthly flash reports and quarterly statements across assigned client accounts.
• Reconcile client activity and performance data versus benchmarks and document deviations.
• Coordinate distribution of client reporting including formatting and portal uploads.
