Job summary

Partners Capital in Boston seeks a Senior Associate, Client Service to support the Client Service Team in coordinating portfolio operations for a range of clients. You will assist with execution of client investment strategies, help with portfolio reporting and invoicing, and provide exception support to the Investment Team.

The role is part of the global Operations group and will work across the Operations and Investment teams, interacting with colleagues and third parties to meet deadlines and

Qualifications

• Prior work experience (5+ years) in investment operations preferred but not required.
• Undergraduate degree in any field; strong GPA/SAT.
• High attention to detail with data input and review experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Service Managers and Investment Teams in managing client relationships.
• Draft client correspondence and monitor client cash and securities accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and AML/KYC documentation; respond to client requests.
