Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a talented investor relations professional to join the IR team. This role reports to the EVP of Investor Relations and helps define strategy and execute the annual plan.

You will respond to inquiries, craft materials, coordinate with executives, and build AI-driven workflows to strengthen investor communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, FP&A, investment management/research, investment banking, capital markets, or related is preferred
• Four-year degree in accounting, finance, or economics preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and collaborate in a team
• Experience breaking down complex ideas for different audiences
• Ability to drive alignment with senior management
• Willingness to travel multiple weeks per year
• SaaS business model experience preferred
• Creativity and collaboration across teams
• Ambition to learn rapidly and stay curious about the company, financials, and technologies

Responsibilities

• Respond to investor and analyst inquiries, ramping into a co-spokesperson to investors, research analysts, proxy and ESG analysts
• Partner with the IR team to build a best-in-class IR program
• Collaborate with executives to create strategic investment messages and materials
• Assist in preparing earnings call materials, decks, talking points, and Q&A documents
• Build internal networks and expertise across AI technologies and product areas
• Support cross-functional coordination for senior management communications
• Build and maintain IR databases, investor targeting lists, and tracking tools
• Monitor sell-side research, investor sentiment, and competitive intelligence
• Develop AI workflows to ingest telemetry and automate key workflows for IR
• Support logistics for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and analyst days
• Conduct financial modeling and benchmarking to support the narrative
• Track shareholder ownership changes and summarize trends
