Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Investor Relations professional to help define and execute the global IR program, reporting to the EVP of Investor Relations. In this highly-visible role you will assist in creating strategic investment messages and supporting earnings materials.

You will build internal networks, manage IR databases and targeting lists, monitor research and sentiment, and develop AI-driven workflows to enhance the team’s knowledge and responsiveness. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance or related fields
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Willingness to travel multiple weeks per year
• SaaS business model experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as key support to the IR team by handling investor and analyst inquiries
• Partner with IR to build a best-in-class program
• Collaborate with executives to craft strategic investment messages
• Assist in preparing earnings call materials and Q&A documents
• Build internal networks and subject matter expertise across AI tech and product areas
• Support coordination for senior management communications
• Maintain IR databases and investor targeting lists
• Monitor sell-side research and investor sentiment
• Develop AI workflows to ingest industry telemetry and automate key workflows
• Support investor conferences, roadshows, and analyst days
• Conduct financial modeling and benchmarking to support narrative
• Track shareholder ownership changes and summarize trends
