Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Investor Relations professional to help execute the global IR program and define the IR strategy under the EVP of Investor Relations.

The role involves responding to investor inquiries, preparing earnings materials, and collaborating with executives to craft strategic investment messages. You’ll build AI-driven workflows and coordinate across teams for senior management communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in finance, FP&A, investment management/research, investment banking, capital markets or related is preferred
• Four-year degree in accounting, finance or economics preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team
• Experience breaking down complex ideas for different audiences
• Ability to drive alignment with senior management
• Willingness to travel multiple weeks per year
• SaaS business model experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Serve as key support to the IR team in responding to investor and analyst inquiries
• Ramp over time into a co-spokesperson to investors, research analysts, proxy and ESG analysts
• Partner with the IR team to build a best-in-class IR program
• Collaborate with executives to create strategic investment messages
• Prepare earnings call materials, slides, talking points, and Q&A documents
• Build internal networks and subject matter expertise across AI technologies
• Coordinate cross-functional preparation for senior management communications
• Maintain IR databases, investor lists, and tracking tools
• Monitor sell-side research and investor sentiment daily/weekly
• Develop Agentic AI workflows to ingest telemetry and automate workflows
• Support logistics for investor conferences and analyst days
• Conduct financial modeling and benchmarking analysis for the narrative
• Track shareholder ownership changes and summarize trends
