Job summary

The END Fund is seeking an Associate on the Investor Relations team to support administrative and donor relations functions in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on safeguarding donor data in CRM systems (Salesforce) and supporting outreach, reporting, and events.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoys teamwork, and can work independently while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but not required.
• 1-2 years fundraising or administrative experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or other fundraising CRM is a plus.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage online donation platforms and donor acknowledgments.
• Enter and update information in Salesforce and pull reports.
• Develop donor outreach materials and online campaigns.
• Coordinate meetings and events, travel logistics as needed.
• Draft donor proposals, concept notes, and grant reports.
• Prospect research and maintain donor pipeline.
