Job summary

Career Launch AI seeks a Fund Marketing Associate to support fundraising, investor communications, and campaign planning within asset management and private markets contexts.

You will prepare marketing materials, coordinate investor updates, and collaborate with IR and investment teams to present accurate fund messaging. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with private markets or asset management fundraising and investor communications.
• Strong understanding of investment performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, AUM, TWR).
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, and design skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in investor relations, capital raising, and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating marketing materials (pitch decks, fact sheets, reports, PPMs).
• Support preparation and distribution of investor communications and updates.
• Maintain CRM with investor interactions, pipeline tracking, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with investment and IR teams to communicate fund performance and strategy clearly.
• Help coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and fundraising events.
• Track fundraising progress and generate reporting on commitments and campaigns.
• Partner with compliance to meet marketing regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting formats and workflows.
• Conduct market research to support fundraising initiatives and identify prospects.
