Job summary

The END Fund is seeking a Senior Associate Director for its Investor Relations team in New York. You will manage the full grant lifecycle, coordinate multi-department data, and craft compelling proposals and donor reports to advance multi-year fundraising goals.

You will communicate with philanthropic leaders, steward relationships, and travel up to 10% domestically or internationally as needed. A self-starter with strong writing and strategic thinking will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relative fundraising and grant management experience.
• Proven ability to write compelling grant proposals and donor reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full grant cycle for a portfolio of institutional investors.
• Lead donor reporting, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to gather program and financial data.
• Develop proposals, letters of inquiry, and concept notes.
• Conduct prospecting and support revenue-generation opportunities.
• Maintain donor records in Salesforce.
