Job summary

Cloud Capital seeks an Investor Relations Associate to support the Heads of Investor Relations and Capital Formation in investor relations, fundraising, and marketing initiatives. The role involves exposure to institutional investors and assisting with onboarding, due diligence, reporting, and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience in investor relations, private equity, or infrastructure investing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with institutional investors and capital formation activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors; serve as a point of contact for inquiries.
• Prepare and coordinate delivery of quarterly and annual investor reports.
• Oversee investor onboarding, KYC/AML, and portal communications.
• Support fundraising phases and capital formation efforts across teams.
• Prepare marketing materials and coordinate SEC/FCA disclosures with legal/compliance.
