Alumni Ventures is seeking a Sr. Manager, Investor Operations to lead and optimize programs that support investor reporting, distributions, and service operations. This role requires coordinating Finance, Technology, Fund Accounting, and Communications to deliver accurate, scalable processes.

You will drive automation opportunities, build dashboards, and ensure data integrity across cycles, while partnering with Analytics, Finance, and IR to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investor operations or related field.
• Strong project management skills with experience running multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience with data, reporting, financial calculations, and data management.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage AV's recurring investor reporting and distribution programs across quarterly distributions, annual K-1 delivery, and semi-annual reports.
• Serve as business owner for investor service operations, monitoring SLA, backlog, escalation processes, and tooling changes.
• Own AV's quarterly investor NPS program end-to-end from segmentation to execution and tracking.
