Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience developing software solutions, automation tools, AI-powered applications, or data-driven business solutions.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience developing integrations using APIs, databases, and other data exchange technologies.
• Knowledge of complex investments including private placements, derivatives, fixed income, mortgage loans, real estate, and equity securities.
• Experience developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining reliable software solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for key investment operations workflows.
• Create and deploy software solutions, integrations, and AI-powered applications to improve efficiency.
• Create automated reporting and dashboards for senior management.
• Develop user interfaces for trade order management and asset transfers.
• Collaborate with investment, technology, finance, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead and contribute to special projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support investment operations including funding transactions, trade processing, FX conversions, and cash reconciliations.
• Oversee a growing portfolio of asset types with portfolio managers, banks, custodians, and external asset managers.
• Deliver timely and accurate data to support financial reporting and treasury operations.
