Qualifications

• Handling sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Experience in financial services or corporate administration valuable

Responsibilities

• Onboard new investors and verify contact information and commitments
• Maintain CRM databases and investor portal, post documents
• Manage Outlook inboxes and client communications
• Coordinate with internal teams on postings and approvals
• Compile investor data for internal reporting
• Respond to client inquiries by email or phone
• Update document processes and ensure proper record keeping
