Job summary

Bayview Asset Management is seeking an Analyst to join the Investor Services / Investor Operations team within Institutional Client Solutions. You will support day-to-day servicing for Bayview’s institutional investors and collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Technology, as well as Fund Administrators.

The role provides broad exposure to the investor lifecycle and a pathway to deepen knowledge of alternative asset management, fund structures and investor operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and service investors, coordinating with AML/KYC, tax and regulatory docs.
• Track investor activity and maintain accurate internal records across systems.
• Assist with operational due diligence questionnaires and investor inquiries.
• Support access to Fund Administrator portals and data rooms for investors and external partners.
• Document and improve Investor Operations workflows and support new processes and technology.
