Job summary

Alumni Ventures is seeking an Sr. Manager, Investor Operations to own and continuously improve programs and systems that support investor reporting, distributions, and service operations.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration across Finance, Technology, Fund Accounting, and Communications, with a bias for scalable, durable processes. You will lead data‑driven improvements, dashboards, and documentation while maintaining high standards for accuracy and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investor operations or related field.
• Strong project management skills with multi‑stakeholder programs from planning through post‑mortem.
• Experience with data, reporting, financial calculations, and data management.
• Hands‑on experience with workflow or service management tools (Jira); working knowledge of HubSpot.
• Process improvement orientation; identifies opportunities to increase automation and reduce friction.
• Excellent written communication and ability to produce clear process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage recurring investor reporting and distribution programs across finance, technology, fund accounting, and communications.
• Serve as business owner for investor service operations, monitor SLA performance and improve processes.
• Own quarterly investor NPS program end‑to‑end from segmentation to analysis and tracking.
• Identify opportunities to increase automation and scalable processes across investor operations.
• Develop dashboards and operational reporting for leadership visibility on performance.
• Build and maintain SOPs and playbooks to support operational consistency.
