Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or fund administration platforms is a plus.
• Experience with investment operations, fund administration, or portfolio support preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile investment transactions including capital calls, distributions, and NAV calculations.
• Maintain accurate records of portfolio positions, investor commitments, and allocations.
• Support fund accounting and reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with preparation of investor statements, performance reports, and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with investment teams on portfolio monitoring, P&L tracking, and risk reporting.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting templates.
• Identify and resolve operational discrepancies, process inefficiencies, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and fund governance activities as needed.
