Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Understanding of investor services, fund operations, and private capital structures.
• Experience or coursework in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or investment operations.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with CRM systems, investor portals, or data management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in investor relations, fund administration, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new investors and maintaining accurate investor records
• Support the processing of capital calls, subscriptions, and distributions
• Prepare and distribute investor reports, statements, and performance summaries
• Maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and data to monitor fund performance and investor activity
• Respond to investor inquiries and support investor communications
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with fund documents and regulatory requirements
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in investor services
• Prepare ad-hoc and recurring reports for senior management on investor activity, fund inflows/outflows, and subscription trends
