Qualifications

• 2–7 years in private markets operations or fund accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of private markets fund structures, waterfalls, and economics.
• Knowledge of capital call / distribution mechanics, deal execution, and investor reporting requirements.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in financial calculations and reporting.
• Familiarity with audit processes and working with external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Execute fund accounting processes and maintain accurate financial records.
• Produce quarterly and annual fund reports for limited partners.
• Process capital calls and coordinate investor funding.
• Calculate and distribute proceeds from investment exits.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and reporting.
• Maintain investment records and valuation tracking.
• Manage deal execution and closing documentation.
• Track investment metrics and portfolio performance.
