The role collaborates with portfolio managers, fund accountants, and auditors; responsibilities include capital calls, NAV calculations, investor communications, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in private fund operations or fund administration preferred.
• Experience with fund accounting, investment operations, or capital reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile capital calls, distributions, and subscriptions for limited partners.
• Maintain accurate records of investor commitments, allocations, and fund transactions.
• Assist with fund accounting, NAV calculations, and performance reporting.
• Prepare investor statements and quarterly reports.
• Support portfolio monitoring, P&L tracking, and operational risk reporting.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and process documentation.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with auditors, compliance, and fund administrators as required.
