Job summary

Career Launch AI is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to support end-to-end investment operations, including trade capture, reconciliation, and data oversight in a fast-paced asset management environment. • Ensure accuracy of positions, cash balances, and transaction records across systems.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and fund administrators to resolve breaks.
• Support portfolio and fund-level reporting, including performance, exposures, and cash flows.
• Assist with operational aspects of portfolio rebalancing and investment implementation.
• Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and internal controls.
• Support audits, regulatory requests, and compliance reviews.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational reports for internal stakeholders.
