Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Investment Operations Associate with experience in transaction operations, fund accounting, and reporting. The ideal candidate has worked at a private markets investment firm, a fund administrator, or a private-markets transaction or secondaries platform, and understands fund reporting, LP requests, capital calls, fund and SPV reporting/audits, distributions from investment exits, and other similar items.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Fund Operations

• Execute fund accounting processes and maintain accurate financial records
