Responsibilities

  • Coordinate investor communications and assist with onboarding new funds.
  • Manage due diligence questionnaires and respond to LP requests.
  • Oversee the preparation of capital call and distribution notices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with partnership agreements.
  • Manage and complete due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs, and consultant surveys.
  • Respond to ad-hoc LP and consultant requests, maintaining consistency and brand accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Maintain LP information in internal databases and portals; help refine investor reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with recurring LP notices, performance summaries, and other investor materials.
  • Participate in continuous process improvements and cross-functional initiatives that enhance LP servicing.
