Job summary

PGIM in Newark, NJ is seeking a financial operations professional to support the Alternative Investment Operations platform. The role spans deal onboarding, settlement, funding, asset servicing, and trading activity, with heavy collaboration across teams and external partners.

Based in a hybrid Newark office, you’ll contribute to accurate trade execution, cash forecasting, reporting, and process improvements while supporting a broad range of Asset Based Finance and Mortgage related strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience supporting Asset Based Finance, Residential Mortgage Loans, Private Credit, or Restructures.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate deal execution with deal team, counsel, fund management, and stakeholders.
• Record and maintain primary and secondary market trading activity in OMS with IBOR accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end wire payments for funding, settlement and controls.
• Coordinate and execute private asset transfers.
• Manage daily production including cash forecasting and positioning.
• Research issues, resolve cash and position breaks with stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management decisions.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
