Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters Payroll Account is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Office of Investments with high-level investment projects and daily operations. You will research policy, prepare materials for annual meetings, and coordinate cross-departmental activities.

The role acts as the face of the Office of Investments, coordinating information requests and ensuring timely, accurate responses for senior stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Two years of coursework from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of progressively responsible general office experience, with at least one year related to the Office of Investments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and provide administrative support for high-level, complex investment projects.
• Prepare and design concepts for annual reports and printing materials for meetings.
• Coordinate departmental project activities and events.
• Serve as the face of the Office of Investments and liaise with senior professionals outside the organization.
